Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Service Provision

Vision Painting provides an online platform for customers to request and receive painting and carpentry services from professionals and contractors. We do not provide the painting or carpentry services ourselves. We created our Platform to match painting & carpentry service providers and customers needing these services, to get the job done! As used herein, “Booking Service” means and refers to these related services. We are glad you are informing yourself of these important matters. Also, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment

Payment for any services provided by the platform must be made through the website. The amount charged will include the cost of the services, any applicable taxes, and any additional fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the website and the services, including without limitation all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel your painting or carpentry project after it has been assigned to a professional, you may be charged a cancellation fee. The fee will depend on the amount of work that has been completed and the circumstances of the cancellation. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the services provided, you may request a refund. We will evaluate the request and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
